The Caterpillars of this species feed on various grasses, including :

  • Paspalum species ( POACEAE ).

    The adult moths have fawn forewings with dark grey markings. They have a wingspan of about 4 cms.

    This species may be found across south-east Asia, from India to the Philippines, including Queensland in Australia.
