This Caterpillar feeds on:
The adult male moth has forewings with a pattern of dark and light brown and a white patch on the wingtips. It has plain pale brown hind wings. and has a hairy brown body, It has a wingspan of about 3 cms. The females are flightless and have only vestigial wings. The species occurs over the south-west quarter of Australia.
