Jazz : Traditional and mainstream. Favourites: Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Johnny Hodges, Ben Webster, but I'm just starting to get into slightly more modern stuff: Bird, Diz, Miles, etc.
Reading : Mostly science fiction, humour, history (particularly naval/military history) and mysteries. A few favourite authors are Len Deighton, Clive James, Arthur C. Clarke and Larry Niven.
Sports: I enjoy watching Cricket, Rugby, (both Union and League ) and Australian football.
Cooking: Mostly country French and Indian. Favourite cookbooks: Julia Child, Graham Kerr, Len Deighton (again), Madhur Jaffrey, Joy of Cooking, The Complete Oriental Cookbook.
